Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in shallow waters, <50 m depth, in areas of fine sand (Ref. 96391). Sessile (Ref. 3123). Epibenthic (Ref. 95730). This is a suspension feeder (Ref. 3477). Surface deposit feeder (Ref. 66387).
