Environment:  pelagic; marine; depth range 0 - 210 m
Distribution:  Western Indian Ocean and Western Atlantic: Belize, USA and Canada.
Diagnosis:  Polyps are elongate, 0.5 to 4.0 mm in length, without tentacles, and 10-20 or more per colony (Ref. 87236).
Biology:  Found in Carrie Bow Cay, Belize in reef areas at depths of about 5 to 8 m (Ref. 87226).
