Environment:  sessile; marine; depth range 10 - 30 m
Distribution:  Pacific, Southwest Atlantic, Mediterranean and the Antarctic. Subtropical to temperate.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  It is found on the continental shelf at depths of 10 to 30 m, growing on other bryozoans (Ref. 87801).
