Total Length: 26 to 27 cm; Wingspan: 65 to 70 cm (Ref. 8812). Breeds on oceanic islands. Does not typically trail ships (Ref. 91362). Highly pelagic (Refs. 356, 122680); associated with predatory fish. Feeds by surface-seizing (Ref. 356). Diet includes fish and squid but also crustaceans and sea-striders (Ref. 122680).
