Assumed maximum length from Ref. 844. A shallow water species found on reefs, on turf algae (Ref. 844), and inhabits areas of mixed sand and rock (Ref. 866). Feeds on polychaete worms (Ref. 844 and 866). Members of the order Cephalaspidea are mostly simultaneous hermaphrodites (Ref. 833).
