It has a maximum total length of 15 cm (Ref. 4). Occurs at a depth range from 1.5 to 35 m and are found in rather inaccessible places among rock or coral. It is rather scarce (Ref. 4). Members of the order Decapoda are mostly gonochoric. Mating behavior: Precopulatory courtship ritual is common (through olfactory and tactile cues); usually indirect sperm transfer (Ref. 833).
