Minimum depth possibly as shallow as 100 m (Ref. 85191). Found in pieces of bamboo, wood fragments and tusk shells (Ref. 85191). Members of the order Decapoda are mostly gonochoric. Mating behavior: Precopulatory courtship ritual is common (through olfactory and tactile cues); usually indirect sperm transfer (Ref. 833).
