Max. size:  11.5 cm SHL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 10 m
Distribution:  Indo-Pacific.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Collected for food. Shell collected for local shellcraft industries or sold for collections (Ref. 349). Usually found under stones and coral slabs, or in crevices in coral reef areas. Occurs at the low tide mark (Ref. 349).
