Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 100 m
Distribution:  Indo-Pacific: Red Sea, Seychelles to Australia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Assumed maximum length from Ref. 844. Generally a mid to deep-water species and has been dredged in excess of 100 m (Ref. 844).
