Distribution:  Atlantic Ocean.
Diagnosis:  Calyx funnel-shaped, up to 6 cm wide and about half as high; peduncle somewhat longer than height of calyx; perradial notches between arms twice as wide and deep as the interradial; 100 to 140 tentacles on each arms; gonads extending almost to ends of arms.
