Total length: 3.6 to 5.1 cm (male); 5.3 to 9.0 cm (female). Carapace length: 1.2 to 1.45 cm (male); 1.8 to 2.2 cm (female) (Ref. 8). Minimum depth from Ref. 801. Occurs at depths of 5 to 80 (Ref. 801) on mud (Refs. 8, 801), hard sand or rocky bottoms (Ref. 801). More prolific at night (Ref. 801). |
