Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: Mauritius, India; Japan, south to Indonesia, New Guinea and Australia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Subtidal, reaching depths of 60 to 70 meters. On muddy to sandy substrates (Ref. 132434).
