Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 60 - 400 m
Distribution:  Western Pacific: Indonesia to Japan and the Philippines.
Diagnosis:  Common body length: 7.0 and 12.0 cm.
Biology:  Minimum depth from Ref. 78196. Inhabits the upper slopes of continental shelves at depths from 78 to 400 m, on sandy mud bottom (Ref. 409).
