Diagnosis: |
Epithecal wall and corallite covered with purple tissue. Tentacles translucent yellow. Colony phaceloid, with each long corallite having its own wall. Corallites are formed by extratentacular budding. |
Biology: |
Depth based from holotype (Ref. 128448); to be replaced with a better reference. Found in exposed sites with moderate current. On rocky substrate (Ref. 128448). |
