Has a wing span of 112 cm (Ref. 84934). Found on beaches, known resting areas and from early morning to dusk they forage for food. It breeds on sandbars and beaches during low tide (Ref. 84934). Also found in shoreline, nearshore and islands (Ref. 116102).
