Rounded head slightly narrower, though still not distinguished from the succeeding body regions. Has a pair of deep and gaping horizontal lateral cephalic slits. Posteriorly, the tapering body ends in a blunt tip. Dorsally colored cream to pale yellow, having a vivid pattern of three black and two orange longitudinal stripes.
Found on rocks, either under or on the surface, embedded on muddy to coarse sand (Ref. 125683).
