Total Length: 41 to 45 cm; Wingspan: 99 to 106 cm (Ref. 8812). Pursuit plunging. Breeds in the south Pacific Ocean during the Austral summer; non-breeding birds migrate across the equator to spend the boreal summer throughout the subarctic north Pacific Ocean (Ref. 356).
